What is the minimum order quantity?
For ready-made products in the masthef brand the minimum is one pallet – around 2,300 women’s kits or 1,500 baby kits. For private-label production the MOQ is 150,000 units for women’s kits and 80,000 for baby kits.
How long does a custom-branded order take?
A custom order runs in four simple steps: 1. we agree the contents, variant and order size – 1–3 days; 2. we design the packaging – around 7 days including your revisions; 3. we commission production of the components – up to 8 weeks; 4. assembly and delivery – up to 10 days. In short: in 10 weeks we create and deliver a product built around your own idea and needs.
Where are the kits manufactured?
We care about supporting local companies and about quality we can supervise directly, so a large share of the components is made in Poland and a small part elsewhere in the European Union – most of that in Czechia.
What is the shelf life of the products?
The shelf life of our kits is 2 years. Thanks to hermetic seals the products can be stored for months, even years, with no loss of quality.
Can the products be bought individually, as a private customer?
Of course. We are still working on reaching as many people as possible and we keep updating the list of places that stock masthef. Right now you will find us in most stores of Poland’s most popular convenience chain – Żabka.
